LYFL's vision is to serve as a catalyst for stimulating Football in the State of California and to play a major role in unifying all the teams under one set of rules.
LYFL's is a League that provides:

Our History
Legacy Youth Football League is a premier Youth Football organization located in Central California. We are a Non-Profit501(c)3 youth football league. Our mission is to provide a transformative and inclusive youth football experience that goes beyond the game itself. We are dedicated to nurturing the physical, emotional, and social development of our young athletes, instilling lifelong values and empowering them to become well-rounded individuals and future leaders in our community.
Our Programs
LYFL's uses a combination of the CIF rules and a set of “home grown” rules that are modifications to the CIF set and provide the unique rules to LYFL. LYFL's has 1 season, Fall. Practices start the beginning of July. Games start the beginning of September.
LYFL has 3 eligible Team brackets which are available to both Boys and Girls. Eligibility is determined by what Grade and Age an athlete will be on 12/1 of current year
PW Division K-2nd grade (max 110 pounds to play in game)
Jr Division 3rd-4th grade (max of 140 pounds to play in game)
Sr Division 5th-6th grade (max of 180 pounds to play in game)
Cheer K- 7th Grade
